Sources tell TMZ, the guys were in Denver on tour earlier this week and went to see the new Johnny Depp movie "Transcendence" before their concert. We're told they were leaving the theater when they passed a homeless guy asking for money.

Our sources say Siva obliged and gave the guy a few bucks, but he demanded more. We're told the guys turned him down -- but the homeless guy wouldn't take no for an answer ... and PULLED OUT A KNIFE.

We're told the guys scuffled with the homeless man and eventually got away. Our sources say neither guy was injured and cops were not called.

And this is what happens when you go see "Transcendence."

I removed it from my "favorite" channels list so long ago, I don't even know what channel it is anymore. I was just a little kid when MTV came on the scene. Watched it growing up. Haven't seen it since I was an adult and they stopped playing videos. At least VHI does '80's stuff early in the morning. I only know about that thanks to getting up to feed babies in the middle of the night, lol. Wish they were all music all the time. Even the MTV Dance Party stuff with Downtown Julie Brown was better than the they're shoveling now! The MTV awards are a joke nowadays. oldpersonrant.

 "my mama knew my heart was broken & this morning I woke up to Moonie kisses," Cyrus wrote as a caption to the photo above (left), adding:

"No one could ever replace my baby Floyd but this precious angel is lendin me some fur to cry on along with my other babies."

Frankie Knuckles, known in the music biz as the "Godfather of House Music," passed away suddenly on Monday. He was 59.

According to some reports, Knuckles (real name Francis Nicholls) died of complications stemming from Type II Diabetes.

Knuckles was inducted into the Dance Music Hall of Fame in 2005 and had a day named after him in Chicago, where he primarily worked in the 1980s.

Knuckes won a Grammy in 1997 for Remixer of the Year, Non-Classical.
