Ice Cube Clarifies Paul Walker

Ice Cube Clarifies Paul Walker MTV Movie Awards Comments: "I Was a Fan Too" I'm a huge Ice Cube fan but that's a whole b.s. he's talking. What difference does it make that Paul Walker is dead. He made the movie when he was alive and he is being honored for it. Ride Along was pretty good but Fast and Furious is a dynasty. Cube and Hart are going up against a personal and professional relationship between Diesel and Walker that's over 10 years old. You can't manufacture what they have in one movie. Once again no offense to Ride Along but that's a heavy weight you going up against . The Ice is thawing. Ice Cube, who vented his frustration over losing to late actor Paul Walker and Vin Diesel of Fast & Furious 6 at the 2014 MTV Movie Awards in a Monday, April 14 interview, took to Twitter to clarify his comments.

"Re: The MTV Awards. I wasn't really mad we didn't win," Ice said. "So I would never diss the actors who won. Not even Paul Walker. Seriously people!" He then continued in an extended Twitter rant, "Don't believe the hype."Edward - officially, MTV did change their name VH1 may have as well. You may notice that the logo has changed to reflect this as well.It used to read, "Music Television" underneath the logo - however, they removed it, and now are simply "MTV". The letters literally are not an acronym for anything anymore. I think even they got that it was silly to continue the ruse of music being a component of the programming anymore. There were times when I'd just leave MTV on while doing things around the house simply so I could listen to the music or watch a music video if a favorite came on. The combination of MTV not playing music videos anymore  at least when I surfed by they weren't  and the type of music changing not to my taste has made MTV pretty irrelevant to me for a long time. I removed it from my "favorite" channels list so long ago, I don't even know what channel it is anymore. I was just a little kid when MTV came on the scene. Watched it growing up. Haven't seen it since I was an adult and they stopped playing videos. At least VHI does '80's stuff early in the morning. I only know about that thanks to getting up to feed babies in the middle of the night, lol. Wish they were all music all the time. Even the MTV Dance Party stuff with Downtown Julie Brown was better than the they're shoveling now! The MTV awards are a joke nowadays. oldpersonrant.
